It's called Aspies of the Round Table and it's located in the Hudson Valley Region of New York State. Anyone on the autism spectrum over the age of 18 is welcome to attend.

There must be enough aspies in Arizona if you're around any of the big cities. Read the thread on Forming an Aspie Group. Getting a group together isn't easy or quick, but the rewards can be well worth the efforts! I love my group and it's members! It's such a wonderful feeling to be able to be around others who you know accept you as you are; plus, it's great to know you're not alone with what you have to deal with living in an NT world.

Approaching time for another London Science Museum meet up I suggest Sunday 9-March 2008 (Sunday a week after the coming Sunday).
I was generally agreed to have some meet ups at other places and a favourite of mine would be Bletchly Park this will cost in terms of travel and admission but I believe would be well worth it as there is a fascinating musium and a tour of the house where you get to see the loft where Alan Turing drew the plans for the Bombe (machine used to break German Enigma codes).
Entrance is £10 (£8 concessions) and a cheap day return (from London) is £17.90 (std Return £27.90)
It is not impossible to arrange some shared car transport but the rail service is good and how most people came and went to and from the establishment in the 1930's

How about the midwest or northern-south of the US? Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Knoxville, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Chicago, Springfield, IL. Anyone? If there was interest, I could arrange such a thing to happen.

Meet-up at the Science Museum London 2pm Saturday 9-March-2008
Meeting at the 1st floor cafeteria area:
We found it last time and was relativity quite although the is no service only vending machines so I would recommend bringing a themos and sandwiches (this will also save considerable money).
Slightly later start I have a busy morning.
To find your way to the science museum and public transport information see:
Visit the museum
To find your way to the meeting place go from the entrance past the steam engines and through the space gallery at the other end before the next gallery there is a door to a stairway on the right, ascend it to the first floor this seems twice as far as you'd expect there is an office on a floor in between.
When you get to the first floor you should see something like this:
The cafeteria is to the right from here overlooking the "Making of the Modern World" gallery.
Don't get distracted by the rocket engines!
PM me if you want my mobile phone number.
