I am an extrovert too. I enjoy being around people. I wish I was the life of the party.

Yes, a person can have ASD and be extroverted. Having ASD doesn't always necessaily mean "socially anxious". ASD mostly means "socially awkward".

Just like people with ADHD can be introverted.
