Mr Sinister - I forgot to mention I'm relieved you're happy to meet me. The first time I ever spoke to you I was telling you off for swearing on the kid's crater - when in fact you weren't swearing! It was the name of a dinosaur that sounds like a swear word.

I'm glad you've forgiven me!

Helen

Eh, it was understandable, so I forgave you pretty quickly :)

Looking forward to meeting you! 8)

Finding somewhere quite was not that easy possibly due to our collective organisation and navigation skills <VBG> we had quite a long walk from the National Theatre (where a band outside was striking up) to Green Park and there were crowds everywhere. We we did seem to be getting to know each other and as I said in an earlier post the company was the BEST!

There was a few seconds in Pizza Express when I did think of the rather strange (and I'm glad to say highly unlikly) scenario of an NT being set upon by a gang of aspies though.
(The waitress was a bit over zealous helping herself to a tip)

0_equals_true - A true star!
violentcloud - Awsome presence
rincemeister - Wizzard company
mr_sinister - A charming fellow
Graelwyn - Wonderful
psych - Your gourgious
kaleido - Great to have around
sepia - Beutiful person
aspie_chav - What a charicter

till the next time
))))))))))big group hug((((((((((

yes, i enjoyed that too. it was a nice touch!

i really enjoyed meeting you all and regret that i had to leave so early as it was just getting interesting and i didn't even get to talk with aspie chav as he had only just arrived.

if people were serious that the next meet up be somewhere other than london to make it easier for others to attend, violentcloud, would you be interested in hosting something in cambridge? otherwise, london at least is well connected. the meet up point too worked fairly well i thought.

Cambridge could be fun. Much easier to escape the crowds than in London. Not sure how easily people would be able to get there, though - I'll have to check how many places have direct trains to Cambridge.

Cambridge works well for me :) Nice compact city - nice architecture, lots of open spaces, picturesque riverside spots etc.
The train stations a bit out the way, but i suppose its only 15-20mins walk?

I lived there for 4 years (in 6 different locations!) so that might come in useful having an extra person who knows their way around.

Shall look into that...Is Cambridge closer or further from Southampton?
I am too weary to look up on a map so someone else might be nice enough to do it for me? :D

Neither do I :P Doesn't stop me living there though! Besides, it's not difficult to avoid bumping into the more obnoxious people from Cambridge Uni, seeing as they barely ever leave the college buildings.

Further, I'm afraid. It's a 45 minute train journey from Kings Cross station (assuming you catch the express train), if that helps.

Seeing Oxford was enough for me. And at Oxbridge, they do leave the buildings, asides the town is dominated by them.
