Unless it criples you or makes you weaker, which is more often the case. That, and "God will never give you something that you can't handle." Maybe it's never happened to YOU, but what about the 800 Billion people who have died in the history of the world? no they died because god said "your not promised tomorrow" hence repent and ask for forgiveness and be saved. But you can twist gods word anyway we like cant we? :roll:

Someone I used to get along with recommended, among other things, that I should drop acid in order to fit in better. I told him to stop and he didn't.

Fortunately, I was able to make him pay for his lack of respect.

Hah, I love that one. I remember being dragged to a nightclub in my student days by my room-mates. I waited just inside while my mate Andy (the only true friend I had then) went off to the cloakroom. Three or four girls came up to me and started making fun of my glasses, asking me if I wanted to go home with them, saying how sexy I was, etc (you know the tone of voice). I was mortified. Yes, I really think they were so jealous that I wear bottle-bottom glasses and stand on my own in nightclubs! In the end, my mate Andy tore them off a strip, they ended up having a slanging match in the foyer, the girls telling us to f*** off after insisting they didn't mean any harm, just having a laugh, etc. Nice.
