On the whole the people on these forums that are NT are very respectful of those with ASD. It would be nice if you could afford us the same respect. Everyone is different, ASD diagnosis or not.

I have never watered down my beliefs to be friendly, although I will avoid arguing with people over them and occasionally can remain social with people who I will agree to disagree with assuming they can do the same. There are certain things I can not and will not associate with a person over even if I had thought they were my friend and I had liked them till I knew certain things about what they believed.
