Older people. Although I enjoy being around young people too, I get to be immature and young at heart when I'm around them.

I find it easiest to get along with people my age, plus or minus a few years. Kids and teenagers are immature and annoying (or at least that's what my school experience taught me), and I can never find anything interesting to discuss with older people.

I've always felt intimidated by people older me. In elementary school, the Grade 7's were the scariest people ever! Lol. I like the nine to eleven range of kids. Teenagers are for the most part just irritating.

I don't have much trouble talking to anyone except very young adults. I'm just not cool enough and often feel put down and ridiculed by the early 20's age set.

Little kids are easy because they don't know more than me... usually... and they're so dang cute. Old people, however, tend to be nice and polite. I think politeness has become a lost art. When I was little, I made friends with old people. (over 65) They seemed to enjoy talking with me and accepted me for who I was. They were actually very encouraging when there wasn't a lot of that going on elsewhere. Old people are often very easy to please. Visit an elderly relative once without being forced and you'll hear them sing your praises to the rest of your family until the day they die.
