An instructor  annoyed  and barked at me "move faster!"

Someone acted annoyed that "you used a whole roll of toilet paper"

Some of them acted annoyed when they accused me of stealing his hat. When he realized the hat was on his bike, no apology

My precious lil (older) sister acted "annoyed" when she told me I ate her French fries. Then my precious lil "mom" confessed. No apology

There are only five emotions:. Happy, sad, scared, surprised, angry

"Annoyed" (maybe) falls under "angry"

Some precious lil "people" are so full of themselves that every time they do not get everything they want immediately , regardless of how unreasonable, they get "annoyed".

Entitled

Maybe maybe maybe they do not deserve to be called "people"

Someone got annoyed when I made too much eye contact

Someone got annoyed when I did not make sufficient eye contact

I would say most people are boring and/or dumb rather than annoying.

Pineapple head

Maybe I would say that "most people" are more boring and dumb, and act like they are smart and exciting

While I am also "boring and dumb", I do not act otherwise

And furthermore I find almost everyone, including myself, as annoying

But "most people" act so "holier than thou" attitude. They act like they have never done anything wrong before in their precious lil lives

Yes. I find pretty much everyone I meet annoying.

Thing is, I know it's maybe not their fault, but I can't help it.
The way they speak.
The things they say.
The way they look at me.
Their mannerisms.
Most of them are too loud for my comfort.
They seem fake, like they're just humouring me.

I don't interact with people in general, on purpose.
If I'm in a busy area, I'm wearing my headphones, and I don't look at people.
I don't keep close friends, only acquaintances.

I used to. 100%.

However, the more I have made an effort to exercise my social skills, be accepting to new people, form connections, and see good in others, the more I find that the annoying one might be me.

Each one of us can be annoying and we should understand others too. I know it's difficult but, we have to choose friends or companions that are really patient enough to accept our flaws.

Yes. They're annoying. It's their way of practising their belief in that everyone in this world is stupid except themselves.

Banana 247

You can't measure  annoyance

Anyways I feel like I have no viable option but to "be accepting"

Because they grossly outnumber me

So they overpower me

And that is why I keep excessive social interaction to a minimum

Among numerous other reasons

But there are many things much worse than someone being annoying

Because I am a coward. So I fear and hate them. Thus I avoid and ignore them

Yes I am a lazy, academically stupid, vocationally incompetent, socially awkward, bitter, hateful, selfish, angry coward.

And almost everyone that I have interacted with for a substantial amount of time, is annoying

So

They have weaknesses and I have weaknesses

Nobody is perfect

But some people, sometimes have a "holier than thou" attitude

And that is not justified

The things that I find annoying with a lot of neurotypical people is that they are kinda loud, talk a lot, and they tend to kind of be immature (albeit we all have some immaturity in us).

Yes but a lot of the time that they appear annoying (to me) they are just being themselves

It is not illegal to be annoying, racist, sexist, homophobic, impatient, judgmental, superficial, materialistic, entitled, greedy, selfish, egocentric, stupid,

And if it were illegal, my only recourse would be 911 or a civil lawsuit

So you see, I am totally helpless

Then it means that we have a right to annoy the NT community by keep doing things that the body language of others ask us to stop but we can't see them so we continue.

Maybe "most people" act like they are so morally innocent, academically smart, absolutely important, awesome, cool, that they have a moral right to never get anything they do not want.

"Holier than thou" attitude

Confidence not proportional to competence

:D

Maybe "most people" act like they are perfect

Too much self esteem

They do not consider different perspectives

Especially if they are the majority (cisgender, NT, etc) and you are the minority

I find strangers annoying. Maybe people find me annoying too, but I don't think others are as hypersensitive as I am, as I have an anxiety disorder.

I find people annoying when they are walking in front of me rather slowly and there's no room for me to pass, so I got to just walk at their slow pace. Then when I do have a chance to pass, they stare at me like they're thinking "where the f**k have you come from?" I'm sorry but I have ADHD, and I need to walk fast.

People annoy me when they stand too close to me in the supermarket. I get very distracted when my personal space is invaded by strangers, and I find myself concentrating more on what they're doing than what I should be doing. I try to nonverbally show that I am feeling agitated, but they don't notice. So I just walk away and wait 'til they're gone.
