In order of frequency:

- Monotone voice, no facial expression, and little voice intonation. Seriously, someone comments on my lack of emotion in speech all the time. How can you fix this without faking it and seeming even weirder?

- Insincerity or rudeness. I never intend to be rude, but I guess I phrase things badly or don't use the facial expressions necessary to show that I'm sincere?

- Rarely stated, but I get the impression I really annoy people when I launch off in excitement about a subject I know a lot about. People probably see me as a know-it-all...but if they bring it up I like to contribute :(

-Being too loud, random, and hyper and just overall obnoxious

- For dancing when happy, flailing/hand flapping/screaming when angry, and just expressing my emotions physically and doing what feels natural.

-For being unable to look interested in incredibly boring subjects like fungus-spores. Also, not smiling at the right times or making enough eye-contact.

For hating or disliking so many things, and complaining too much. Just being generally negative.

I guess I could also say "offensive" because some people get bothered by my tendency to swear a lot. The only times I've gotten in serious trouble at school have both been because I swore at someone.

My parents have been criticizing me for being forgetful when it comes to doing certain chores within the house. For instance, I would sometimes place an empty plastic bottle in a brown paper bag instead of a recycling basket and my mom would freak out.

Being Negative. Some people at work seem to suffer the delusion that everybody's supposed to be Positive and Happy and Smiley all the time. The thing is that even when I'm Happy, they still think I'm being negative because I don't tend to show my happiness on my face. I've had many days when I was in a good mood and someone would ask me, "What's wrong? Why are you upset?" My default, blank expression is frequently misinterpreted as sadness. My focused stare that I use when I am in the middle of working on something is sometimes misinterpreted as anger.

People used to call me stupid until I got better insults and comebacks and started sticking up for myself.

Now,people call me mean, arrogant and weird(I've ALWAYS been called weird).

Complaints I hear most often:
You're so quiet. You talk so quietly.
You need to do that. You should take care of that. (Procrastinator)
You're mean.

Intellectual arrogance - Much more frequent when I was younger, but I'm mostly able to control it now.

Aloof and cold at times - I don't mean to be - I'm usually thinking of something else.

Obssessive - Especially when I get my teeth into a project I can work at it for two or three days without sleeping

Strange Logic

In order...

-Being "rude", not commting enough to social interactions (my dad often complains of this)

-"Harsh", "critical", "brash", "blunt", generally too mean, making inappropriate comments

-lazy, too much procrastination, "aloof", "unaffected"

-Being loud, inappropriate voice, having an inappropriate "tone of voice"

I had forgotten to add my own!

Blunt, offensive.

The underlying complaint is always that I don't act the way the specific person and their group expect me to in order to fit in.
