Fun times!! !

Apart from not actually exploring the museum...

No i had a great day, and all those pink people made leading the way to Victoria a bit of a challenge, but such is the nature of London I guess. I also left my umbrella at the pub. No biggie there, as it didn't even rain. haha

but aside from those few very minor things my day was so fun, and I look forward to the next. :D

((((hugs))))

June 27th? A date is set?

I shall pencil that into my diary, and put the word out on IRC. Perhaps there will be a couple of replies from that. I will, of course, be directing all interest back to this thread.

July 2009 Meet-up in Portland Oregon

Guys, screw the music festival.

I have better ideas.

On the First Wednesday of the month,
the World Forestry Center offers $2 admission for everyone.
The First Wednesday in July is July 1st and the WFC is
in close promixity to the light-rail platform and the Oregon Zoo.

On the Second Tuesday of the month,
the Oregon Zoo offers $2 admission for everyone.
The Second Tuesday in July is July 14th and the
Oregon Zoo is in close proximity to the WFC and the light-rail platform.

If you are interested, please PM me.
More information as July approaches! :D

I will be bold and say I AM coming. However, as always previous, this confirmation isn't 100% until I'm actually there. I find that my usual stance of making it known I'm not 100% tends to lead to a maybe. Although it*is* a maybe, I'm asking for a definite yes to be listed, as I *intend* to attend, and wish not to offend if I pretend I am sure.

Kathleen, I have the necessary details, and will surely be in touch if anything should prevent my attendance.

Also to note, I may be able to introduce one or two new faces, although I have no information about that at this time. That's something I will definitely be addressing closer to the day.

((((hugs))))
