Deadline past no WP members are attending the meet up this time. Please don't be offended if you turn up to this event and i seem unhappy with you, im poor with crowds of strangers without people i know at the same time there.
It is too short notice for a meet, based on experience.
Successful meets usually have a month notice. Most people don't drop everything unless they are impulsive and have no plans. Much better idea is to find out when people are available to do X then, fix a date. Only a fraction (usually around a third) will turn up. That is because people can be in two minds and their situation can change.
i wasn't sure i could manage it myself until the last moment. As it happens i was late and missed the meet up completely. Seems like only 1 person from another site was interested.
i needed impulsive autistics to attend since the less impulsive ones tend to take longer with making decisions about what to do.
i guess non of them read my post in time?
i hope to organise another meetup but in Bristol (UK) next time as i live nearer to there.
