The Strong Psychology.
The strong psychology behind it. Behind attending social groups. Aspie support groups.
Parent support groups.
I advised the organiser of a Aspergers/Autism Parent support group, to strip the word 'SUPPORT' from the title of the group.
Explaining if people come knowing they will get support, they will always need it. It's hard to remember exactly what I said, but I strongly believe a support group is not the best name.
I used to play sport, we had a club, that was a support network, but not called that.
What are other words instead of 'SUPPORT GROUP'?

it can be called a parents with asperger children social group or aspergers social group

I like this idea of a fellowship

I live in Sweden and here I doubt there are any kind of support, barely anyone knows anything about AS.
How would you like to improve it?
to fit in with NTs....?
I have skype anyway, not always talking, usually typing and on web cam.
A lot of people use msn messenger, yahoo messenger, ICQ and the sorts...
A good way to type fast and learn social skills.. I reckon watching TV soaps is a good way to learn a few social skills
How many people in Sweden? there's 4 million in New Zealand and many a social group
