Hello!
I never talk to someone. In school I am noiseless. The only time I use my voice is when I respond to someone who speaks to me. I have no idea what to say. I often choose the wrong words. And I do not start conversations.
I want so badly to be able to talk to people, especially to my teacher who likes to talk to me.
But I just cannot do it. It feels like it's impossible.
I don't know how to practise to become better either. I'm deeply terrified in social situations.
Help, how can I get better?

hmmm... maybe you can start by talking with your teacher? generally, adults are more experienced with that sort of thing and may be able to hep you. at least, you can start simply with asking a question with your homework (even if you don't need it,) or on an aspect of class you find really interesting. perhaps you can ask why your teacher wanted to teach, what their favorite field within their subject is, where they went to college. asking questions is a good way to start, then you can listen to them talk and it'll be a good and easy way to converse. does this help?

Thank you so much, jamesongerbil!
It was really good advice. I'll try it. :)

Talk to animals. Some animals- mainly dogs- will listen when you talk to them. It will be a one-way conversation but it will get you in practice. Personally I do think dogs are the best listeners.

I have a dog who will communicate right back. He makes sounds in response to ya talking to him.
