I stand at 6ft8 so I do stick out a lot when I am out in public or at social events. How can I deal with being this big in everyday life. Everytime I am in social settings people always just stare at me and point out my height all the time it gets kinda boring after a while.

When I am in my house I constantly bump my head on doorframes and have to bend down when I have friends round which is really embarresing and I have to talk loudly sometimes when we are standing at a party because I am so high up they can't here what I am saying. Some of my friends are under 6ft but one or two are 6'2 and even next to them I stick out like a sore thumb and don't feel comftable. When iam in my house as well its like living in a shed and I live in a big house as well. Learning to drive and getting into cars is also hell

How can I develop more confidence at socalising and forget about my immense size? It can cause a lot of anxiety when meeting new people and not being laughed because of my height.

As for driving a car, head down to your local Volvo dealer and try some of the cars there. These cars are quite popular in the Jewish community because it's possible to get in one whilst wearing a Homburg hat (I kid you not). This means that there is LOTS of headroom.
