This is the reason I hate being outgoing and I tend to keep to myself. I was at tutoring and the tutor and some girls were talking about the talent show and I did the MJ dance in front of the tutor and he said "wow, so do you also like little boys to" and I said "ok im not going to talk to you anymoe, you always have jokes" and he said "Nah, you're busting the moves, so I'm wondering what else you're busting". and I just ignored him. Before this happened he was speaking to me in arabic saying 'do you like women or men" he knew I could speak languages but i dont know arabic. He's so stupid.

why are some people so dumb, even if they are tutors or people who are there to help. some people just try to find the bad in you when you are a bit different, this is why I keep to myself and be quiet when I'm around new people. This time I let my guard down and it costed me. Im blaming myself

should I blame myself?

Not really. Basically, your tutor is a douchebag.

You should not blame yourself. If I was in your place I probably would try to avoid him, or I would be forced to accidentally cause him extreme pain for being a jerk.

I'll tell you what I did to counteract this. I am a firm believer in if you can dish it out, you can take it.
Good example is someone once made fun of my walk, (I tend to bounce because of how I land on my feet.)
Now being the d%$khead submariner I am, I simply smiled, and simply said jokingly, "Hey, as long my nerves are in working order, the walk stays man", referring to a constant twitch he had in his face.
Of course this probably not the best thing to say if you're worried about political correctness and being nice. Not saying it's right to make fun of someone, but I do believe if I can't laugh at myself, who am I to laugh at someone else.

Thank you guys for all your replies. I am just going to keep chosing to ignore people and just say simple things like "oh" and "ok" because what matters is that I am not letting it get to me as much as I could. when I try to find the right thing to say back, I usually find myself more absorbed in the bs and I am more upset. but instead right now i am just alittle frustrated and will be over it soon, and next time i see this guy I will know to keep my mouth shut and I will know what angle he's coming from and know which ways to block him. But i didnt know him then. But im going to try my best to avoid him. He still knows the material, but he is just an as*hole.

These types of things are gonna keep happening to me, because I am different. I can chose or ignore them or let them bother me. Ignoring them keeps me out of trouble and keeps me sane.

I'd just look at him with disgust until he realises the full extent of his own idiocy.

Yea, I actually feel kinda sorry for him because he must be insecure. and Im going to tutoring again and if he's the only tutor there again then so be it. all i need is help on my assignments. but im not going to say anything more to him than what has to do with math.

Often, it helps to say 'Sorry, I didn't understand you, could you please explain to me what you were trying to say?'
There are very few people who actually are fast enough to come up with something clever-sounding to counter that. (Some are, or if not fast, then stuck in their belief that they're actually funny and witty and everyone wants to hear their jokes about other people.)

He sounds especially like a huge dick. Maybe he was just joking around and you took it the wrong way, but it sounds like he is a dick.

I think the same. Liking the way MJ dances or the moonwalk, isn't the same as being a pedophile. The tutor is too stupid to see the difference.

If it is supposed to be a joke, it is not a funny one.
