I agree! Making friends is so easy for NT's yet me being myself=weird or people don't want to be around me. 
Go figure.

I doubt that they're 'best friends', it takes longer than two weeks usually to become close enough to consider someone that. Though, some people think almost every friend they have/get is their best friend...
Anyways, it's because they are more skilled in socializing than people with AS. So, they just fit in better.
