I had a very nasty falling out with a girl who I used to consider a friend which was about a year ago. I was never on her list in the first place and so she would often lead me around because she was afraid of hurting my feelings. She was also really unreliable when it came to saying superficial words that felt good at the time. For instance, what ended the relationship between up was the fact that she impulsively asked me to be a maid of honor in a last minute wedding of hers which was said while she was in Iraq due to being in the military. Long story short, she totally ignored me when she came home and then told me at the last minute that she was going through a justice of the peace. From then on, we did nothing but fight and I pushed her away once and then tried to reconcile with her a few months later. It was then that she finally told me that she didn't wan to be my friend anymore because she felt that I was getting too arrogant.

However, I had recently gotten a hold of her pictures of her marriage and seeing her with new friends and realized that she is very happy. I would like to contact her and tell her that I am very happy for her but I know that she would just get upset with me and I would get upset depressed. Other than that, I am very happy for her in finding new friends and enjoying herself while being married and having promotions in the military.

It's probably best to just leave it.
If she's happy now though, she might just be glad that you're grown up enough to talk to her like an adult.
But if it might end up depressing you badly, is it worth it just to tell her that?

I would love to tell her that I am so glad that she got married and things are working out for her in the military and that I now live on my own and understand why she had to do what she did when getting married. I don't want her to be upset and shout immature things at me since she has had issues with over reacting since she doesn't like being confronted about problems. She also would tell me to leave her alone and that she doesn't want to be my friend or she would call my aunt whom I don't live with.

You should also note that when we were in contact, I had a very hard time picking up on her ques that she took very little to no interest in me at all. There were times where I would get really upset if she didn't call me or lead me around and thought maybe she was mad at me.
