Obv the driving part has no difficulties.
But for example the small talk whilst driving with one or many people is a difficulty.
What are some other examples?

There are none others than sign language, and sticking up a middle finger at someone doesnt require that much social skills.

I couldn't even manage to listen to the radio when I first started driving, let alone passengers, but it gets easier.

What's going on inside the car is about the extent of it.
I'd go with Mindtear for possible interaction with what's outside it.

Running someone over is the worst, because you have to get out of the car and talk to the person you've just run over, and be nice, and that's difficult for me.

Yes, pedestrians really need to watch where they are going. I mean a couple of tons of moving metal versus a 75 kg person isn't much of a match. Does anyone else fake swerve at people? You should see their faces.

Just kidding. The key to good driving is keeping good peripheral vision. You should see everything in a 180 degree arc around your eyes. You also really want to give adequate stopping distance with the car in front of you. I know that can be hard in city driving, but I have seen chain wrecks that could have been easily avoided. And don't text or call someone while driving, especially in traffic. That is just stupid, no matter how you look at it.

Id be mad if i lost a lighter also, maybe not so much if it was a cheap plastic one. They can be as dangerous as those annoying people flying through your windscreen and such.

exactly why I gave it up!

besides it's great relying on my parents.

Never hit a pedestrian, but managed to go through 8 cars in 6 years.
Never at fault.

worst loss was a BRAND NEW BNW 5 series. still had the paper tags on, so it was about 2 weeks old and some loco rear ended me and bent the frame. It was paid for with insirance, but I ;ost all the $5k i put down. I bought cash cars after that.

It's good not to drive. i think

That's what the radio is for :)

one difficulty I have experienced is getting the window down in time to flip someone off.

Isn't that what reverse gear is for?
