If someone is harassing you at school, report them to the principal's office.

Yeah, maybe keeping a witness 'nearby' sounds like a good idea. It's hard to give advice with no background or information. I hope it all works out for you and things get easier.

Id say restraining order. If she physically attacked you...thats defiently waranted a restraining order.

I find it weird that you couldnt do anything with her verbally attacking you constantly. Cause I had a friend who put a restraining order against another 1 of my friends due to some of the stuff he said suggested that there could be harm, tho I think he sent it to her online so she had proof. Maybe if it was words...thats different cause technically u could be making it up.

Most dorms though have a judicial affairs committee. If she attacked you I would call campus police and they would probably refer the issue to a judicial affairs committee.

If you are really in a bind and need proof or you can't get any help otherwise go to Ebay and for $50 you can get a pair of sunglasses with a small video camera in them. I had to do that once for a lawsuit I was involved in and it worked like a charm. The guy said all kinds of bad stuff right to my face (and the camera). I even got his friend pushing me so 2 birds with one stone.

Stand up for yourself. One reason people bully is that they feel you, or the victim, is weaker and wont fight back.

Good luck.

She will continue to pick on you until she gets a sign that you won't take it anymore. You have to fight back somehow. It doesn't have to be physical.
