best freind ignored me! Now what???

I was at a my local mall, and saw my best freind (twice my age). I was with my father
at the time. I thought to my self ok time for a chat. But no! We called out to him and no reply called out again no reply. He just kept on walking by. Then i faced my father the both of us looking very surpirsed!! (this was not like him). Anyway the point is This is why I Hate my self at times. Don't get my wrong aspies are very smart and all . But there is the simpler time i wish i could just be an NT. (all "god" is just a legallised cult) other wise bad thing would not happen.

Now i feel guilty (i have done nothing wrong). As it is easy for me to make freinds. now what??

yeah, i hate when the white screen comes up right after you've just sucessfully typed a full message with the right amount of drama and enthusiasm.
About your friend...try calling him on the phone and slowly start to talk about what happened. Don't call him and scream "WHAT THE @#!@$%!" That could just perturb him, especially if he didn't even hear you in the mall.

Try to talk with your friend, and tell him "I saw you at the mall. I called you, but it seems you didn't hear me".

Sometimes, I'm so obsessed with somethink that I'm lost in my mind, people can pass very close to me and if they call me I can't hear them. After that, when I see them, they ask me "Why did you ignored me?", and I say "Sorry, but I wasn't in this world, I was lost in my mind thinking about something". This problem is very common with me.

Could be many different reasons, some people are concerned with image, some people fear what they don't understand, while others are addicted to it, don't ask him while you're having a breakdown or feeling flat, just ring him when you're calm and talk.

I dont know how many times I may have done this to people with out realizing it.I sometimes have headphones on and dont hear people,I can actually appear to be looking at someone and not see them because I am seeing something in my "minds eye" and not the direction I appear to be looking.I am just suggesting that you consider the possability that the person didnt realize you were there(are they aspie?)The few times I may have "seen" someone but not reponded was if I happened to be in "freak out mode" after to much shopping.The over stimulation puts me in a trance...I actually think it can have the same effect on many NT's judging from some of the "glazed over eyes" I have seen when I use to go to malls.

I would suggesst you call your friend and very casually mention that you were at the mall,whenever.Dont say you saw him in a condeming way but as, curiosity..."I noticed you there but you must not have seen/heard me....did you buy any thing cool?"and it just occired to me...I know its a good friend but is it possible it was his "doppelganger"?I have actually had people tell me they saw me some where that I could never have been because I was working at the time...there are "look alikes".....just dont assume the worst until you check out the facts.
