I think so, it speaks to me a lot not because its the theme song to my favourite TV show, but listen to the lyrics, it's about being different and shy! :) It's the first time I hear a song and can actually relate to the lyrics!

twas a good show, but I myself preffered its rival/competitors buffy and angel. I have related to the characters far more, plus enjoyed the shows in general moreso.
