Is any one on here from Indiana? I am at a bad point in my life I am all alone, and I need to understand why I am the way I am. I was just told my my doctor I can never go into the Marines because of my AS and I got upset and had a HUGE melt down, it ended badly. I HATE TAKING PILLS

I am from Indiana.
Don't let anything or anyone stand in your way.
I am a retired Army officer with over 20 years of service. I also have AS and take medication for bipolar disorder. I am also married and have four children.
The military, in my opinion, can be great for AS people because it has structure, clear expectations, and camaraderie. I don't know what I would have done without the Army.

I am from Indiana but currently have 2 jobs out of state.

I grew up for the most part on the north side of Indy in Carmel, have a house with roommates in Plainfield, and a shop/warehouse in Muncie so i get around.

If i was closer i'd meet up with you but i can't. Hope you are doing better.
