As much of a failure your social life was in high school, that's still much better than mine. I suck so much at being "cool" I don't even try. Maybe that's a good thing.

I used to have a therapist that kept trying to tell me how much I was "never trying" to "fit in" with the rest of the crowd in school. He kept pressuring me to "come out of my shell" and I tried to. However, his pushy, "in your face" style of therapy did more harm than good.
