I've found that amphetamines, like Adderall and Vyvanse, help me out tremendously in social situations. After about an hour after taking them, I tend to get a sense of euphoria and an actual desire to reach out and talk to people. Its bizarre because off them, I am very introverted and often have trouble talking to people and making friends. I feel like an entirely different person on this drug. I'm curious if anyone else has had these kind of significant changes when taking stimulants...

Yea, even caffeine to a small degree. MDMA much much more so. Never tried any of the more proper stimulants like adderol but, I do think it must have something to do with dopamine + racing thoughts that really break down barriers.

That's what I keep hearing. I've seen regular ecstasy users go from introverted nerds, to extremely outgoing, better adjusted people. I ran into a guy who, last time I saw him, regularly bit his nails, was awkward as hell, and lived with his parents. Now he has his own townhouse, has two gorgeous (if immature) female room mates, and works at Intel. I swear, people transform on that stuff. I'd kinda like to try it, but I've also heard about getting an over potent pill and dying the first time, so I'm a little nervous.

But yeah, E is as life-enhancing as meth is destructive.

Ecstasy does but amphetamines give me stomach cramps.

And stops me sleeping. For days on end. Not fun.

Oh yea, it was like something just clicked, i was able to say all the things I usually repressed or blurted out awkwardly in an elegant, flowing way... It gave me a glimpse of how to communicate in a wild crazy way without being totally weird and awkward about it, so I could then have a reference point for how to just let it out when sober. That's the trick, I think; it's the barriers and years of bs clogging up the works that REALLY lead to the awkwardness, and it let's you look at yourself in an objective way that can help you gain insight into just what it is that people react badly to.

As for the danger factor, from my experience it's not the potency, it's the fact that these things are cooked up by drug dealers that want to maximize profit and reduce cost by mixing it full of a hellbroth of unknown cheap chems. And people die off it by not taking proper caution and self-maintenance on it. If you're really interested look it up on erowid.org, everything you need to know is there....... But yea I'm a believer haha

Yes, I've done E many times and it gives me the euphoria, but it doesn't make me talk the way Adderall or Vyvanse does. In some instances E actually made me mute. I was happy of course and had a really strong sense of belonging to the group I was with, but I couldn't form a single sentence. I was kind of trapped in my own head...It was extremely frustrating.

Taking E is always a gamble. You never know exactly what is in the pill and how it will react with your body. I've had some pretty great times with it, but also some very bad ones as well.

Speed makes me hyper and irritable, and just gives me a strong desire to clean the house.

Anyhow, I don't want this to be a negative influence on anyone who previously wouldn't try drugs, so just throwing it out there...
