Have other male aspies had any experiences with girls who might be kind of a friend or acquaintance and thought that you might me more interested in them than just a friend?

Yes, but only after I gave them reasons to think so, on purpose.

I don't think my personality could easily be mistaken by a girl as interest. But some people, maybe individuals with very friendly or very outgoing personalities, might.

This only happens when the girl is someone I have absolutely no interest in at all. Because of this lack of interest, I lose any uptightness and become too easygoing and don't notice that the girl is interested and is misinterpreting my behavior until too late.

Just curious....why do you think no female aspies might have some insight on this topic?Do you think its a totally different experience?

I think if he thought that he would have posted in the men's forum.

I've never had many friends who were women, but I've never had many friends.
