It's okay man, you're not alone. Very few people grow up emotionally, and as a result our population is overrun with snide, petty, hypocrites who treat people in a manner they would NEVER be able to handle. But so many people feel like you. You just gotta have faith in what I'm saying, and keep going. Peace, beast.

Ugh, was just thinking something similar about rude, condescending ppl. Many times I wonder if some of the very people who push social conventions are the ones who lack it the most! (Random ranting thought-no scientific basis! :P ) Just posted a thought on this on the forum. So sorry to hear you met up with someone like that recently-and so glad you are one of the rare people who recognize and have a real conscience about this! I thank God that there are people out there like you who may not be perfect, but at least they are not stone-cold uncaring pplz.

Um, I overheard NTs who complained that certain people are so nice that they must be hypocrites. I admit that I can be quite cold and mean towards such NTs. Since they equate niceness with hypocrisy, they don't deserve my niceness.

people whose spirits have gone to the dark side, automatically equate niceness with weakness and are are best dismissive of kindness, and at worst react violently to it.

Let them. I'm about to buy a glock 40. Who knows? After the brain damage to their frontal cortex a bullet would do, maybe they'll be a little nicer?

You don't see a problem with that "educational" system?

thats a loaded question, mate.

how come everyone we meet is a "selfish as*hole" except for ourselves.

i mean if someone else doesn't do something we want them to they are, but if we don't do something someone else wants to, we arent?

I've been feeling the same way. Misanthropy has been my only comfort these days.

There's nothing wrong with being selfish, especially if you're being selfish with what you've earned. Sharing the wealth makes everyone poor.
