How does a male get along with the female population, especially within his own family?
The reason I ask is because I have a terrible issue with getting along with the female race, especially in my family.

Beginning in kindergarten, I had no female friends. I didn't even have friends of the male population. I have a foul mouth, call women terrible derogatory names, and have a terribly, bad sick-obsession with sex. I can't even engage in an appropriate-topic conversations with a woman. What are some appropriate conversation topics (that are non-sexual), that I can conversate about with women?

Maybe ask questions and let them do most of the talking? :)

Ask them about themself...woman like to talk about themself.

ask about hobbies, their siblings, parents etc...

First of all, don't see women as aliens or foreign creatures. See them as respectable human beings.

Third.

There's plenty to talk about: about the location you both are at, the news, animals, books, music, hobbies you both share, etc.
