Do you ever feel like you're heart is beating really fast for no reason and you feel anxiety at a few moments in life?
I do.
I always feel anxious when I try making a few friends based on my lack of eye contact, and always feel anxious when I feel some people that try to bully me lie to me and deny what they did,
and I always feel anxious when I try my best to make friends in Reality since I make more friends in Gaming.
Sometimes I get anxious on the inside when I try to start relationships with girls even though I try my best to talk to them.
Anybody feel this way sometimes?
