I pretty much have 2 friends at home, both are about a year an a half older than me. I am about to withdraw from college for not going to class. I am just unsure of how to get to know people if it is not throught work or school.

The way I make my friends outside of school or my neighborhood is by meeting friends of my friends or by joining some sort of activity outside of school. If you're a member of a gym or if you want to join a class for a certain activity, there's plenty of chances for you to go out there and talk to people. I don't know it's just a suggestion, you can take it or leave it if you want.

The internet. The greenhouse I shop at. The computer store. That's about it, really.

What kind of interests do you have? Find something relevant to them - I'm sure other people like the things you like. If so, you can meet people through those channels.

Card counting, games, any type of game really (that involves strategy). I like working out some, rock climbing. I like to read, some tv shows.
