hey everybody!
I don't exactly have huge social problems, mostly because the dynamics of social interaction has been a special interest of mine for a long while. What I do have issues with is all the little things I see NTs do. everything that most people do seems blatantly selfish to me. I also just feel like there is this barrier between me and other people, like I'm some kind of alien. Making some kind of meaningful connection with anyone seems impossible to me. Does anybody else feel this way?

Yeah I feel like the lot and it bothers me, because it always interferes with me getting into relationships.....But all I can really do is try to explain it and go from there I guess.

People are self-interested, I think it's natural. I feel the same way as you. That barrier can be painful, but with a lot of effort, meaningful connection is possible :) takes work, but it's so worth it when it happens...
