When I'm worried or stressed, just the fact that someone is cheering me on from the side lines will brighten my day. Sometimes when I'm feeling a bit low, my friend who has Aspeger's will "poke" me on Facebook and it'll make a little bit happier. Just something such as letting someone know you are thinking and concerned about them can make a big difference.
