The problem with being brilliantly stupid is that people actually think I am stupid.

It takes about 1 year before people realize that no, I am not stupid, but why it sounds like I am is because I'm very good at coming up with extremely stupid responses that an atypical 'stupid' person would.

Someone wrote, somewhere on here, how people thought he was 'arrogant' because of his jokes in regards to arrogance.

Anyways, this post doesn't lead to much, does it

Not really as "Arrogant" is one of the things someone may or may not show with As... They can't help it so can't see why they can't work on it... with the person...

As the saying goes

" People that don't matter care and people that matter don't care " You are who you are if they don't like it who give's a rat's a$$... They not worth knowing...

No point putting yourself down anymore coz the person saying it * You could probably point out 3 more things that is wrong with him/her "

If they dish it out they should take "criticism" back...

A strongly arrogant person will usually try to downplay or not like other peoples achievements or ideas even if they are good or noteworthy because they want to be more important and dominant. This makes reasonable communication difficult and arguments impossible to resolve fairly as the arrogant person will not accept the other persons point of view no matter how logical/intuitive or correct it is because the arrogant person is really having an emotional argument about their own arrogance.

Arrogance is an unpleasant unloving experience for people interacting with someone who has an arrogant personality. Most people do not like or enjoy being with excessively arrogant people which makes the arrogant person unpopular. Arrogant people do not notice this problem or cannot change their behavior because their personality/ego enjoys being arrogant much more than being liked by or having a respectful, loving and accepting attitude towards other people.

Arrogant people are often unable to realize they are not as good as they assume they are or have problems recognizing their own self limitations. Arrogant people are usually over competitive and don't know when to quit.

Often arrogant people can be overbearing and try to coerce/force people into doing what they don't want to do with little regard for the other persons feelings or the groups best interest.

I got 2 civil site engineers confused when they said so my 1000 pound titanium watch is not as good as that 38 pound watch you got, as I was talking about the mechanism that powers them - my watch had a 10 year battery in it all you had to do was take the back off and replace the battery, the titanium watch worked on kinetic energy now every 5 years you have to send that watch back to the manufacture to get the mechanism replaced, they fore you are without a watch.... Then they started going on about Ferris and minis - and my computer is same as yours kind of cough, anyway one of them I got away alone and I described to him I meant the power the watch's use not the watch a 1000 pound battery one will be better than the 1000 pound kinetic one although it is more accurate who needs it...

But he got it then what I meant.

How could you be brilliantly stupid?

That is an oxymoron.

Thats right, even the term 'brilliantly stupid' is pretty stupid, eh?

Often, dumb people come up with pretty stupid things. For someone who isnt dumb to come up with that is difficult.

This one girl I knew, cocaine person, pretty stupid. She actually believed so strongly in my jokes that she was ripping on me! Luckily, the other people in the room knew me and thought that that act was pretty amazing.

Why would you mention this, then?

I chalk it up to 'misunderstanding' of people. Then again, I guess its my fault for 'lying' but people can't read it well.

I also had "Anyways, this post doesn't lead to much, does it"

I guess "you do it your way," as Frank Sinatra would say if he were still alive!

To each your own!
