I've been researching self help as a means of teaching myself social skills and using practical solutions to some of my personal problems.

Currently, I'm looking at How to Win Friends and Influence People. I would definitely recommend everybody on this site has a read of this:

Does anyone have any recommendations for useful self- help books for people with Asperger's?

'The Four Agreements' by don Miguel Ruiz is a spiritually themed self-help book, and it covers a great deal about understanding the truth of social constructs and the worlds interactions with them. I highly recommend this book. It is written very simplistically and had a huge impact on my life and they way I communicate with others.
