I have gotten into trouble with my parents because I am not being gracious enough, not appolgizing when I should, not appearing sincere, not backing down, being disrespectful, and not communicating enough. I need advice for all of these but especially on being gracious, appolgizing, being sincere and how to back down. Could you please help me?

I'm not sure what you want to know.
Is your problem that you don't know how to do these things, or can't you figure out when to do so?

Do you notice yourself when you don't behave right, or do your parents have to point it out all the time? Do you understand what they say?

1. I can't figure out when to do so.
2. They have to tell me when I am behaivng out of line. I often do not understand why my actions are wrong.

So I assume they know that you have AS?
Next time they tell you, ask them for an explanation why your action was wrong.
