My Plushie friends

Because i don't have a lot of friends irl or even on the internet i have many plushies who i talk to.
i will list them in no particular order:

Desc:Derek has a II tatooed on his chest.They speak with a very pronounced english accent

Desc:Always imitates his twin big brothers
Voice:As his twin brothers but somewhat raspy

Desc:Very similar to Chibikitsune.Also,acts like a monk.
Voice:Same as chibikitsune

Is there anyone here anthropomorphize their plushies like me,or am i alone in this?

Yes, I have a few. My best friends are all of my Eeyore's. But then again, there is Clyde, who is a camel. I find all of them to be FAR more intelligent then the rest of the human race.

I dont anymore but I used to do stuff like that back in HS when I was bored and i didnt have any friends.

To answer your question, I anthropomorphize my plushies all the time - I have since I was a little kid. When I was a little kid, my favorite plushies were a little dog named Brownie, a rabbit named Lazy Mary, a Snoopy, my Barney and Baby Bop plushies, and another dog named Big Dog who was twice my size. Brownie had the voice of a young boy, Lazy Mary had a sort of crazy-sounding voice, and my Barney and Baby Bop sounded pretty much the way they did in the show. I think Big Dog had a voice similar to that of Jackie Vernon, the standup comedian from the 1960s (of course, as a little kid, I knew him best as the voice of Frosty the Snowman from the Christmas cartoon, lol). My dad actually gave my Snoopy a "voice," and the voice he did for him was high-pitched and childlike. I had several other plushies besides them (including some Winnie the Pooh characters), but those are the ones I remember best. I still have Brownie, Lazy Mary, and Snoopy, but Big Dog's not with us anymore. I've been missing him lately, but I found a stuffed dog online that looks almost exactly like my real Big Dog did (except not as big) that I've been considering "adopting..."

I still anthropomorphize my plushies to an extent, as an adult...my favorite plushies now are Dory, my stuffed dolphin, CuddleWilt, my plushie of Wilt from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Randall Boggs from Monsters Inc, and several others....

Hmm I used to, and if I had any plushies I would totally do that.

PS I love Oshawott! I so want a Pokémon plush

I believe that all my stuffed toys should have names and individual personalities. I treat them as part of the family.
When I was little, I had this feeling that my toys came alive whenever no living being or camera was around to see them, like in the Toy Story movies!

I have a lot of plushies and puppets and they all have their own names and personalities.

This is Wolfy.




Wolfy is the one that goes with me everywhere. I've had him for almost a year but the family agree that it feels like we've had him in the house a lot longer as he fits right in! He is a bit of an alcoholic (whenever we are in the pub, he has all of my drinks and he tries to drink my friends drinks too!) and he loves to dance. He is a bit mischievous too - plotting with the other plushies or going adventuring around the house and ending up in strange places!

I sing in a local choir and because I always have Wolfy with me, he has become the mascot of the group. Everyone in the choir loves him and they will talk to him and give him belly rubs.

Family members and friends are always happy to see wolfy and they always talk to him and sometimes they buy him presents too!

No seriously. My plushies were my obsession, but they have taken a backseat.
