I think we have all struggled with body language, I have tried to look for ways to learn it and always ended up frustrated because it's just too complicated, but today after sticking in a google search about eye movements I found this one, it seems much simpler than normal and hopefully I will be able to put some of it into action!

there was an error where it said that eye [pupil] dilation could just be in response to the room getting brighter, when such actually would cause pupil constriction. other than that it was a usefully enlightening page. thank you Tashie
