Seems like she is bringing a third person over so that she doesn't feel strange or embarrassed to be around you in front of other people. She may mature in time but for now she can't deal with it.

Are you male OP? Perhaps she wants to make sure they aren't "dates"? As in just friends hanging out without it being romantic.
As for why the third shows up late they got called by her unexpectedly most likely, she tried several people is possible too. Asking to be "alone" generally infers some sort of date.

I don't think there is necessarily anything too bad about her inviting someone else along. I would probably check it was ok if I was meeting a friend but it is more thoughtless than something worth losing a friend over imo. I suppose a good friend would know that an unexpected person coming might not be ok with you but did you actually tell her?
The lateness is probably annoying but some people ar just always running late. I have friends who are always late and I just make sure to arrange to meet them earlier than I actually want to meet and make sure I'm a bit late myself
I think the more telling thing is that she hasn't contacted you which makes me think she doesn't value the friendship as much as you did. Also did I read right that she was saying you were weird? That isn't the type of thing a good friend would be saying. I think you've made the right decision.
