This online advert interests me

Hi, so I see this advert daily, whilst I'm streaming stuff. It's an annoying and cheesey one so my apologies for making you sit through it.
My question is regarding the young repair man, I see him, from the moment he appears at the door and shakes the ladies hand at 3 to 4 seconds in, and then again at 14 seconds in, handing the phone back, I instantly get a feeling he is very timid, quiet, and lacking confidence.
What I can't figure out is why I have made this assumption based on 3 seconds of seeing him- the lady he's working with just looks and behaves like a typical actress and seems full of smiles and oozing confidence, but why doesn't he?

He is very likely an introvert. About half the people in the world are introverts and the other half extroverts.

Hmmm so we're telling that from his body language?

i can only determine that it was poorly edited.

It certainly is! But what is it about his manner that let's us know he's introverted or timid?

honestly for me it was insufficient data. one could not tell if the pauses were an artifact of the shooting/editing process, or something else.
