Finding help with facial expressions & vocal tones.

I have an important question with a goal in mind. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Although I am on a fixed income I have the chance to move to another city, because I have no ties to where I am now. I also have no close family, so that frees up my options.

My goal is this:
I am sure one of the biggest parts of my problem socializing is the fact that my facial expressions and vocal tones convey the wrong message or another message than my words. This confuses and puts off most people. I want to correct this by learning appropriate facial expressions and vocal tones.

My question is this:
Have any of you found a really good therapist who deals with this or a successful AS support community (in person, not online) who has helped you with this and related aspects of communication? If so, what city? What type of therapist? How did you find this person and/or community?

This may not be of much help, but I had a quick search on YouTube and found that there are videos posted on how to learn better ways to communicate and socialize, presumably including the kind of facial expressions and tones of voice that would be appropriate in different situations. That could be a free and fast way to at least access some tips.

Youtube can, of course, be very hit-and-miss in how useful the advice is, as anyone can post any badly thought-out musings. But there are some good people or organisations on it that make good clips. It might be a start anyway.
