Weird question about bumping into colleague

If you're both walking quickly around the corner in opposite directions and you almost bump into each other, is it normal for them to close their eyes and go 'ooooo'

Its a woman and I wonder if she likes me or finds me ugly otherwise I would not make a thread.

Last time that happened she looked down and smiled but meh dunno
