Hey yellowlab, I live in Jeff- too. Twice your age and not a hockey fan (nor basketball, etc). Not a native, but here since 2000. We may not have much in common besides geography (and being not-NT!), but I like knowing there's another WP-er nearby.

Hey, you ever go to Colts games? My wife is a football nut. Mostly college but we do the odd Colts game. If you ever do, PM me. We might be going to that one too. That new stadium's easy to get around - I'd walk over and say hi.

I don't go to Colts games. It's far too expensive for me. We have to settle for television.

Well darn. Too much $ for me too, but then $1 spent on spectator sport is too much for me. That's why my wife foots the bill. TV view is superior anyway.

I think it was about three years ago. The Indy Star estimated that to take a family of four to a Colts game would cost $450. That included general admission tickets, parking fees, and concessions.

Now that would cover just tickets.

There are as many Bengals fans as Colts fans down here. I'm not a sports person, I just have a lot of relatives that are. I live in the Bermuda triangle between Indy, Louisville, and Cincinnati.

Wifey is from Ohio so we watch the Bengals and Browns. We drive to Columbus and Batavia OH by way of Madison IN and Cincinatti-ish 2 or 3 times a year to see extended family. I have to say the longer I'm in the triangle, the more I like it. Since 2000 and counting.
