Hey all I am currently having trouble with Ex-Friends who just don't seem to get the message that I plainly " Do not " want anything to do with them. They just don't seem to get it. I gave up a Interest, Hobbie UHF Radio due to these people constantly involving me in their constant Immature, Childish personal Vandetta's against other people from Radio I just plainly do not want to get involve in any of it. I feel like a cracked record constantly and repeatitively telling these people to leave me alone and keep me out of it and to beep off but they just don't seem to get it. All they are interested in is the number of people they can get on their side to go against someone else on UHF radio which I plainly won't get involved in. I have done everything from changing my Msn and Yahoo address to getting a new mobile phone number to having my home phone conection constantly connected to the modem of my computer and getting my family, people from church and two close friends to send me a sms message on my mobile phone to say they are going to ring me to getting rid of all my radio equipment and staying off radio for good. I have also contacted the police repeatatively about these people but they aren't prepared to do anything about it until these people get to and do something to my property. The unfortunate thing about taking radio up as a hobbie you enter a community a family of people who take the radio a black box with wires in it quiet literally and take it so seriously that if you break that bond toward these people like being in the mafia they will continue even after months of you not being on radio and you giving it up to try and involve you in their constant bickering, personal vandetta's and personality clashes which are personally quiet Childish and Immature. These people live a life outside reality the radio is like another Virtual World these people clearly by my observations and when I just used to listen quiet regularly to their conversations seem to be scared of the real world where they aren't able to handle certain personal situations nor life in the real world so they turn to this black box with wires in it to enter the world of radio where they make their lives. This kind of behaviour ends up with unfortunate consiquences where their families are totally ignored and these people become totally obsessed with radio to the stage where they become parinod with the radio and take their radios to work and everywhere they go just in case people on radio are tallking about them. I know about this because I once was like this but finally opened my eyes too what I was doing I ended up losing friends and nearly my family from UHF Radio it is only now that I have mended my friendship with long time trustworthy close friends again and have a happy stable family friendship now due to the fact I have given up the Radio for good and Dumped the people I used to associate with from Radio. How on earth do I get rid of these people for good, it seems to be like banging my head against a brick wall with these people these people wil continue to persist in harassing me to the stage where I will have to move so they will leave me alone but even then these UHF Radio people will go out of their way to find out information about your where abouts and where your new place of residence is. They usually find out by paying a fee at the local Queensland Transport office in your local suburb when you have to change your address on your licence. If anyone has any ideas that would be great.
