I have a hurt foot so I can't do sports, and no church because I'm not religious.

I want to meet girls but don't know where to meet them, has to be somewhere appropriate and where they are open to meeting guys.

Where can I meet girls?

Why do you want to meet girls specifically? Do you want a relationship?

I think having friends first is the best idea. If you already have friends than focus on finding a girlfriend, but if you have none or few than just focus on meeting PEOPLE first and then the relationship will come.

What are your interests? Only sports? Is there anything else, specifically anything that will result in you being able to join clubs or groups focused around this interest?

You can also try finding new interests and taking up one that is popular rather than one that is unpopular or lesser known.

Most people tend to meet girls through mutual friends, like Outrider stated. They are part of your social group.

If you're not part of a social group (like I wasn't), the best thing to do is to join a club which highlights things you are interested in. Many times, these clubs have girls in them as well--this would be a excellent way to meet, since, obviously, you have common interests.

The worst thing you can do is to go up to girls out of the blue and start talking to them. Most girls don't take kindly to that sort of thing.

Well just video games so far but theirs no girls at those groups. What do girls like to do?

Some girls like video games.

But, what about groups for these (possibly related) interests?

-non video gaming (Dungeons & Dragons, Magic, Dominion), look for a game shop in town and see if they have get-togethers

-makers (our local maker group has people who make their own video games, or fashion their own arcade boxes, etc.) Do you have a fab lab nearby?

-bowling, most offer leagues



You might also try online dating sites. Girls who like video games will probably be there.
