Hi all,

Right the poll for the ideas of what to do for this meet has now (in my view) had enough time. The general plan of which there will be specifics later on is:

March (It will be a weekend as that is when most people are free)

Science and Natural History Museum

Then a meal or to a pub

I know this is very general at the moment but once we have a date sorted (through this poll) it will be more specific. :)

Time wise I was thinking 10:45AM meet. Not too early in case people are travelling in. Then spend two hours in the Science museum. Have a break. Then 2 hours in the Natural History Museum.

So: 10:45 am meet. I won't be waiting around ages for latecomers as it's not fair on anyone else really. So 15 minutes is fair. If anything people coming should have my number so I can say we we are. :)

11am - 1pm = Science Museum

1pm - A short break

1:30 - 3:30pm = Natural History Museum

This is the current plan in terms of time on the day itself. I shall elaborate further later on.

To be honest, I think 10:45 is too early for people travelling far. I think it should be more like 11:45, but it's up to you of course.

Why is everything so damn centralised in this country?

Sigh.

Well it depends on where most people are coming from. I mean if there are quite a few travelling very far then I'll push the time forward. Though I think it's alright.

@Anomalia21: That's cool. :)

@Tequila: What do you mean?

I'm guessing Tequila means London-centric.

Yup - London is considered 'central' in the UK, as it's the capital city. :)

Sounds good :) I can definitely make the time, maybe afterwards we could go to a pub and play a game of darts, I don't know how many people enjoy darts though.

I've never played it. I can't imagine being good at it.
