The violent kid Spencer on the low-functioning side of my alternative school came back from the mental hospital, and like I told you, he rides my bus...... he sits near the other kid, one in my class, named Alex, and he kept on trying to talk to him and making fart noises, and Alex kept telling him to shut the f*** up and that he would "f***ing punch him in the face," and it was disturbing to watch, because I worried he would attack Ani, a low functioning kid on our bus who can't fight back (he has attacked kids who can't fight many times before), and because I felt bad for spencer, and because like anyone, I don't like conflict..... i also don't want there to be a physical fight... I also found out the reason spencer is the way he is is because he has fetal alcohol syndrome...... he told us..... but alex doesn't understand and yells at him constantly... what should I do???

I think you have two options.
Either try and deescalate the situation yourself, obviously this brings the chance that Alex will turn his attention to you.

Or you can report the situation to the school, if there is a chance of violence occurring on the bus then there should be a responsible person onboard who can deal with the situation.
I'm assuming you do not have a carer/teaching assistant on the bus at the moment.

I don't know your situation as to why you are in the special school, but I have to wonder if this is the best place for you.

Maybe I'm missing something, but you may be better of in a normal school, possibly one with good support.

Ok I didn't read you other post before. Describe your anxiety.
