Need advise... For the last few months, there are some people that I feel are... I don't know exactly... Upset with me, think I'm crazy, scared of me... I don't really know. I don't know if I've done something/ am doing something that is in some way upsetting, or if they heard something bad about me (boring person, my faults are pretty mundane). I feel like this happens with other people too. How can you find out why someone doesn't like you or is being weird to you without asking? Or how can you ask and not sound like you're being over sensitive?

i think quite a few people will accept you asking them what bugs them about you, if it means you trying to fix that.

What makes you think that they are upset? The way they show this may help give clues about what happened.

If they are good friends and not just acquaintances you could simply ask: "have I done something to upset you."

My mom gets annoyed every time I mention non-recent and recent incidents where I've reacted to bananas and nuts recently. She's not really understanding when it comes to that. It's frustrating when parents don't always understand.
I mean, she's a good mom but I wish she could understand things from my view.

Is there a mutual trusted friend you can ask what is going on with the others?

I'm trying to find the answer to the question that you're asking. I don't know myself.
