Earlier today I had walked to the dollar store to buy a laundry basket and of course I had to walk back with it in hands. I passed a man who I didn't even look at and he said to me "Hey can I do laundry with you"...After I thought about it I realize he meant something else but can't quite figure out exactly what.

Another example of how NTs run the world and assume everyone knows what the heck they are talking about.

My guess is it's some sort of ridiculous sexual innuendo.

It's at least a 90% chance that the man was trying to flirt with you.

Ditto on all that was said above.
Normally, things like this are not phrased as a question, though, which makes it sound weirder.
I would have thought they guy would say something like, "I'd like doing laundry with you."

Honestly, sometimes it seems like just about anything can be turned into a sexual innuendo. I have heard sooo many stupid ones that made absolutely no sense.

Either he's flirting by giving you a pick up line or he was simply making a joke in the form of an inference. A lot of NTs like to joke they see something out of the ordinary.
