How do you exactly react on the outside?
How aware are you on your natural reactions? (Not the conscious or conditioned actions by societal demand, but YOURS in subconscious)
Do you study yourself or demand feedback?

Any specific emotions for specific reactions?
Cultural comparisons?

Years ago I started doing this on stage.
I noticed stim activities that wouldn't look good to an audience. This was decades before inconsidered being an Aspie. I also noticed movements that could be changed and pauses in dialog that could be funnier.
It was like doing and watching myself perform from an audience point of view.
Last week I mentioned to my counselor I've been doing it more off stage in connection to building relationships. On the phone is still awkward. Even calling someone comes with most hesitation.
My wife points out things such as pacing when I do talk on the phone.

Sometimes I do, but not always. Most of the time, people would point out things, and if I feel like it's well founded, I'd make an effort to change. Sometimes it would be very hard to change the body language, but other times, it wasn't nearly as bad, such as sitting up straight, not slouching as much, etc.
