I found a website about body language:

http://www.all-about-body-language.com/

It might have been mentioned here before. When I get a chance, I'll check it out. Sometimes I have a hard time with body language, especially in groups. And I'm supposed to be NT, at least not diagnosed yet.

Consistent eye contact actually can make others uncomfortable. However, if one looks at the space between the eyebrows, it appears to the other person that one is making eye contact and it doesn't seem to cause as much discomfort.

I try to sit up straight, but I was told that sometimes I have a forward stoop.

Once I was in a meeting and the partner in charge started clipping his nails. I think he was trying to show that this meeting was beneath him.
