So I decided to wear my Sponge Bob Square Tie to work.
Lots of storms in our neck of the woods. (Not hurricane level)
What do you do(non chemically) to cheer yourself up? :( :arrow:

Dancing helps! Granted, it's useless if you're feeling so bad that you can't even bother, but I rarely (if ever) feel bad while dancing (and I mean REALLY dancing, move those hips, flail those arms!), it works wonders. That, and just breathing and checking in with myself to see where I am physically and emotionally is a huge help.
