I have consistent difficulty with understanding these. How do you guys deal with them? Are they problems or are they easy to understand for you?

What kind of hand signals are you talking about? Perchance, are these hand signals that other car drivers give you? :D

I can read hand signals relatively well, I think. The only time I can see them presenting problems for me is if I'm not entirely focused on the interaction.

Are you talking about gestures that people make while talking or gestures that people make to communicate nonverbally?
